Robert Garskamp

Chairman and Founder, IDNext Platform

Robert is founder of the IDnextoplatform, an entrepreneur and advisor on digital identity matters.
He  started his career at Unisource, a pan-European organization owned by KPN, Swisscom and Telia providing international voice, data internet and messaging services to a broad array of (multinational) corporations located primarily in Europe.

Job rotation within Unisource (which later became AUCS, Infonet and then BT Infonet) has led to managing projects of delivering messaging and directory related services. In the last ten years and in his previous position as Managing Director of IDentity. Next, he was able to extend his knowledge and experience by managing and delivering Digital Identity, security, risk management and compliance projects/programmes in a variety of sectors like government, education, financial and telco.  Robert is also board member of EEMA since 2004.

Marianne Schinkel

Information Manager, Jumbo

Marianne is a valued ICT-manager. During her career she gained experience in several roles in both line and project management. In those roles she mostly performed as the sparring partner between Business and IT. She has 14+ years’ experience, in a.o. implementing ICT-projects in both national and multi-national settings, mostly within the Finance and Retail sector. She participated and managed several complex ICT-projects. In the last few years she has the role of Information Manager within Jumbo Supermarkten. In this role she is responsible for the implementation of Identity & Access Management.

Allard Keuter

Senior Consultant and Scheme Architect iDIN, Dutch Payments Association

Allard is initiator of the Dutch banking eID solution currently in pilot. He is a specialised payment and authentication professional, acting in various roles, varying from project manager to scheme architect. Allard has over 15 years’ experience in technology and business change management, in the payments industry, usually involving change across multiple enterprises.

After a career at PostNL, Equens, Atos and Friesland Bank Allard joined the Dutch Payment Association. This was during its transformation towards an innovating collaboration platform, where banks and payment service providers cooperate to remove barriers in online commerce. In 2012, Allard was project manager for the emandates solution and starting in 2014 he started the BankID (now iDIN) project with the five larger banks. Allard is currently scheme architect and as such involved in the pilot with insurance companies, governmental institutions and ecommerce. He is also involved in the further development of the solution such as the integration of iDIN with the payment solution iDEAL.

Allard graduated from University Utrecht with a degree in environmental biology, and is still working with ecosystems.

Joanna Zdulska

Information Security Access Programs and Governance Manager, Citibank Europe PLC

Joanna has extensive knowledge in the Information Security field. She has specialized in the domain of Identity and Access Management for the last 10+ years. Joanna has over 20 years of operations, technology and management experience with specific emphasis on compliance, risk management, solutions development and program management.

Since joining Citi in 1996 Joanna has served in multiple technology managerial roles, being responsible for software development, project management and operational activities. Joanna managed risk management area as a formal Business Information Security Officer and Compliance Officer in Regional Data Center. Between 2005-2007 Joanna managed two Regional projects related to access management standardization and improvement for Distributed system like Unix, Wintel, SQL and Oracle databases. In 2007 Joanna joined Global ID management team and took on a global function responsible for Provisioning Automation and tools development. Since 2010 Joanna is managing Global Programs related to ID Management including the centralization of access and compliance checks.

Joanna graduated from the IT program at the Department of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at Warsaw University of Technology (Master of Science degree). She holds a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certificate.

Peter J. Groeneveld

Managing Consultant Cybersecurity, Capgemini

Drs. Peter J. Groeneveld CISSP CISM CISA SCF started his career in I.T., after graduating from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam over 24 years ago.

He has over 20 years of experience as a security specialist, with a specific interest in the design, build and management of Identity & Access Management solutions and services for clients in different industries.

Over the last 6 years he has developed a specific interest in Identity governance, Federated Identity and Access Management solutions and the creation of “IAM as a service”.

Ian Glazer

Senior Director – Identity, Salesforce

Ian Glazer is the Senior Director for Identity, at Salesforce. His responsibilities include product strategy, identity standards development, field enablement, analyst relations, and mindshare generation. Mr. Glazer is also involved with major customer initiatives, briefs C-level executives, and coordinates industry-wide identity efforts.

Mr. Glazer is the current Vice-Chair of the Management Council and member of the Board of Directors for the Identity Ecosystem Steering Group (IDESG) – the private-sector lead body described in the US National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace. He is also the Editor for the Kantara Initiative Identity Relationship Management Working Group.

During his decade plus time in the identity industry he has co-authored a patent on federated user provisioning, co-authored the Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) Version 2 specification, contributed to the System for Cross Domain Identity Management (SCIM) Version 2 specification, and is a noted blogger and speaker.

Don Thibeau

Chairman and President, The Open Identity Exchange (OIX)

Don Thibeau specializes in organizing competitors in support of greater interoperability and trust in online transactions.
Don is President and Chairman of The Open Identity Exchange (OIX) a non-profit organization of leading competitors from competing sectors. OIX is helping drive the expansion of existing Internet services and the rapid deployment of new online products. With this team of rivals, OIX has become a global center of excellence for the identity trust layer of online transactions serving as a test bed for business, legal and governance policies in the emerging identity ecosystem.

Don has also been the Executive Director of The OpenID Foundation since 2009 where he leads the Foundation’s standards development process of open source Internet identity standards. The Foundation’s membership represents leaders from key industry organizations that collaborate on the development, adoption and deployment of open identity standards.

Don was elected Delegate to the US National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) Identity Ecosystem Steering Group and is Chairman of its International Coordination Working Group. He also chairs the Open Identity Exchange UK Identity Assurance Steering Group, a public private sector partnership supporting the UK Cabinet Office Identity Assurance Program. He is the Co-Chairman of the OASIS Electronic Identity Credential Trust Elevation Methods Technical Committee among other industry advisory roles.

Don is also co-founder and investor in TrustID and was a founding member of the London-based Reed Elsevier Venture Fund and is currently an independent director on corporate boards. A former Presidential appointee, Don has testified before Congress and writes and speaks extensively on data privacy and regulatory issues.

Barry Dukker

Senior Innovation Manager, Dutch Ministry of Defence

Barry Dukker is working as a Sr. Innovation Manager within the department KIXS (Knowledge, Innovation, eXperimentation, Simulation). KIXS is the internal R&D department of the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Barry has been building, developing and innovating the IAM-infrastructure and solutions within the Ministry of Defence for over ten years, and is considered the lead architect for any IAM-related development.

Jacoba Sieders

Head of Identity & Access Management, ABN AMRO

Jacoba Sieders has worked in Identity & Access Management for sixteen years. In her current position as global Head of Identity & Access Management, she is accountable for digital identity management and for the digital access to ABN AMRO Bank’s transactions, data and systems, for online and mobile customers and for all employees. She drives innovation and new concepts for identity strategies within, but also outside of ABN AMRO Bank.
