Hans van der Burght

Information Architect and Lead Analyst, Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs

Hans van der Burght graduated in 1985 at the Utrecht University in Economic Geography. After a career in the software industry and he was responsible for the design and implementation of IT infrastructure for the judicial organization in the Netherlands.

Mr. van der Burght participated in the STORK2.0 consortium since the start of the project as co-chair and project leader of the Dutch pilot. He elaborated the cross border farmer’s pilot, one of the success stories of STORK. He was also one of the promotors of the development of the eIDAS – PEPS adapters in the eSENS program, a co-production of IS, SE, DE, AT, NL, DIGIT and other eSENS partners. This adapter will ensure a smooth migration of STORK enabled services to an eIDAS environment.

Within the running program for the implementation of eIDAS in the Netherlands he is responsible for the migration of the STORK / PEPS infrastructure to the eIDASnode and the development of an interface between the eIDAS and the Dutch eID schemes.

Hans Graux is an IT lawyer at the Brussels based law firm time.lex (www.timelex.eu), which specialises in information and technology law in the broadest sense. Hans graduated in Law in 2002, and obtained a complementary degree in IT in 2003. He worked as a research assistant at the Catholic University of Louvain, before becoming a lawyer at the bar of Brussels in 2005. In July 2007, he co-founded the IT law firm time.lex.

He has participated in a large number of international ICT policy studies, primarily for the European Commission and various European Agencies. Dimitri Chichlo

Dimitri Chichlo is former VP Information Security and Business Continuity Management at Edmond de Rothschild in Geneva where he was responsible for developing and implementing the cybersecurity and BCM governance, consulting on IT projects from the InfoSec side as well as spreading InfoSec awareness in the Bank. 

Prior to this position, he worked 6 years for ING as Head of Risk Management in Geneva, where he was responsible for all aspects of non-financial risks in a commercial bank, successfully enforcing information security risk framework as well as leading related projects. From 2004 to 2009, he spent 5 years in the Ukraine and was involved in various international greenfield industrial and banking projects with different French companies. Kannan Rasappan

PSD2 Solution Architect, Lloyds Banking Group

Kannan is a hands on Solution Architect actively involved in PSD2 Compliant IAM implementation in Tier-1 Banks like RBS, HSBC, Worldpay and currently at Lloyds Banking Group. He is a strong advocate of adopting industry standards and advising organisations on best practices for end to end IAM solutions. He has recently been exploring GDPR impacts on banks and AISP/PISPs (third parties) who will consume banking data.

Kannan is an Applied Mathematics post-graduate who started his career as backend developer in 2000 and has worked on diverse domain in varying capacity leading up to architect role in IAM. He is an entrepreneur at heart and co-founded a big data company.

Kannan is an active member in IAM meetups in London; he regularly participates in security and payments Hackathons. He has also been advising various startups as mentor and has provided consulting services to companies in the past.

Serge Oskam is responsible for IAM processes and operations within a multinational insurance and asset management company, covering over 20,000 identities in a complex, highly regulated, application landscape.

Serge’s professional experience spans over 15 years’ in IT Infrastructure within the financial industry. After gaining hands-on experience in server administration, he continued his career as a project manager. Less than 5 years ago he took on one of the most challenging positions becoming responsible for Identity & Access Management during the turmoil of a disentanglement from another enterprise. He mostly enjoys researching and deliberating on control, cost and efficiency enhancements within his field. Allard Keuter

Senior Consultant and Scheme Architect iDIN, Dutch Payments Association

Allard is initiator of the Dutch banking eID solution currently in pilot. He is a specialised payment and authentication professional, acting in various roles, varying from project manager to scheme architect. Allard has over 15 years’ experience in technology and business change management, in the payments industry, usually involving change across multiple enterprises.

After a career at PostNL, Equens, Atos and Friesland Bank Allard joined the Dutch Payment Association. This was during its transformation towards an innovating collaboration platform, where banks and payment service providers cooperate to remove barriers in online commerce. In 2012, Allard was project manager for the emandates solution and starting in 2014 he started the BankID (now iDIN) project with the five larger banks. Allard is currently scheme architect and as such involved in the pilot with insurance companies, governmental institutions and ecommerce. He is also involved in the further development of the solution such as the integration of iDIN with the payment solution iDEAL.

Allard graduated from University Utrecht with a degree in environmental biology, and is still working with ecosystems.

Joanna Zdulska

Joanna has extensive knowledge in the Information Security field. She has specialized in the domain of Identity and Access Management for the last 10+ years. Joanna has over 20 years of operations, technology and management experience with specific emphasis on compliance, risk management, solutions development and program management.

Since joining Citi in 1996 Joanna has served in multiple technology managerial roles, being responsible for software development, project management and operational activities. Joanna managed risk management area as a formal Business Information Security Officer and Compliance Officer in Regional Data Center. Between 2005-2007 Joanna managed two Regional projects related to access management standardization and improvement for Distributed system like Unix, Wintel, SQL and Oracle databases.
